Maintenance Inspection

A maintenance inspection's primary purpose is to educate the owners of the condition of their home. If a potential problem is found they will be able to correct it. Once corrected, the home owner will then be able to maintain the entire house feeling secure their home will be in tip top shape and their families will be safe from unknown problems.

 

Loppnow Home Inspections will perform a thorough, unbiased inspection while providing pertinent information to the owner to help ensure proper timely maintenance to protect their largest investment.

 

Our home inspections usually take 3 - 4 hours to complete, depending on the size of the home. Home owners are encouraged to follow along during the inspection. A professional electronic report including photos will be distributed.
